Ken Elkins.”LangTree Lake Norman adds two new buildings, four tenants.” Dec. 9, 2016.
LangTree Lake Norman is about to start construction on two retail buildings near its Interstate 77 interchange, and four businesses have already signed on to take space in the structures.
The new buildings, which should begin construction in the next few weeks, contain a total of 19,000 square feet and should be ready for occupants in the summer, says Brian Long, vice president of sales and leasing for RL West, which is developing LangTree.
Long is excited about the location as development of LangTree moves closer to Exit 31 of I-77.
“It’s an outstanding location,” he says. “The visibility from there is incredible.”
The $1.5 billion new urbanism community along Interstate 77 in Mooresville now has medical tenants and a hint that a new full-service hotel is on the horizon.
The new tenants include a clothing store, a cigar store, a yoga studio and a café.
